In this video I go over the disassembly, battery replacement, what to do if you lost your wireless charger and when the watch is so dead it will no longer begin to charge.
If the only issue you are having is the watch not charging at all it may be best to just replace the battery because you will need to open the watch regardless. The watch does have some POGO pins near the strap on the back under a plastic sticker but I do not know the pins to charge that way.
If your battery is still good (highly unlikely if it was ran so low it wont charge) then you could remove the battery and fold back the top part to show the terminal straps (test with a multimeter for polarity). From here you could touch a 5V supply from a wall charger as an example on these straps for a few minutes until the battery has enough juice to wireless charge.
* The wireless charging will NOT WORK if the battery is so dead that it cannot power the circuit to allow the wireless charging!
* NEVER let the watch run fully out of power!
* This is likely why they moved away from wireless charging on later models.

You may need to completely erase your watch to connect it to your phone
You can try to scan the QR code prior to wiping by enabling developer options on the watch (Same way as on a phone) and you will find the QR code in there
